This is my “office” otherwise known as our dining room. The walls are covered in a beautiful hodge-podge of art and photos and we are blessed with stained glass French doors that open onto out perfectly unkempt garden. I always enjoy when people come over for the first time because our home looks permanently decorated for a party. The framed fashion illustration of Nicholas Kirkwood sandals are by my friend and frequent collaborator Erin Petson (she does pets too!), the gorgeous photo canvas is by a super cool app called Cheerz that you can sync with any of your devices or social media. This is a cameraphone photo I took of my dad when we stopped for sandwiches while Christmas shopping at Selfridges and it’s come out beautifully at 40x40cm. The paper peonies are by Talking Tables who have the most amazing curated selection of home and party decor and accessories. I also love buying the kids inexpensive canvases from Tiger or our local haberdashery/costumer/art/dancewear shop Rodwin’s in Southgate, which is one of my favourite places in the whole world…
I hope you feel a little inspired by the irreverence of our decor. It makes me smile every day.
